"App," we are referring to any application of ours that references or links to this policy, including any listed above. "Services," we are referring to our App, and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or events.

The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

Please read this privacy notice carefully, as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

Petite Pousse — pregnancy data and privacy

Petite Pousse is published by fefe LABS. This section applies specifically to Petite Pousse and takes precedence over the general descriptions of other apps below.

The app uses your estimated due date, your choice of a 40- or 41-week term, widget preferences and pregnancy tracking status to calculate your current gestational week, countdown and weekly illustration. These settings are stored locally on your device and shared only with the app’s home screen widget through local device storage.

Petite Pousse does not transmit these settings to fefe LABS or third parties. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-app purchases or tracking services. It does not access health records, contacts, location, camera or microphone.

Settings remain on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Use “Delete all my data” in pregnancy settings to remove saved pregnancy settings and reset the widget. The operating system may briefly retain a cached widget preview. Android backups are disabled. On iOS, device backups managed by you or your operating system may include local app data; manage those backups using your device or backup provider’s settings.

Local app storage is protected by the operating system’s app sandbox; the app does not add its own encryption layer. Protect your device and any backups against unauthorized access. fefe LABS has no remote copy of your pregnancy settings to retrieve or delete.

If you choose to open an NHS or other reference link, the external site receives a normal browser request and its own privacy policy applies. Petite Pousse does not include your pregnancy settings in these links. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond; please avoid sending sensitive pregnancy information.

For privacy questions or requests about information you have sent to support, contact fefelab.app@gmail.com. You can request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

1. What information do we collect?

We don't collect personal information related to you. The only data available to the "Baby Match" app is data that you either input directly yourself, or generate through use of the app. "Baby Match" collects the following data: liked names.

2. What is our stance on third-party websites?

In short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our Website.

The App may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the App. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
